Nihang Pardeep Singh cremated at his native village

Chandigarh: The last rites of Nihang Pardeep Singh, who was murdered at Sri Anandpur Sahib on the occasion of Hola Mahalla, were performed today. A large number of people attended the cremation of the deceased at Gazikot district Gurdaspur, the native village of Nihang youth Pardeep Singh.

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia also shared his grief with the family and condemned the incident.
The SAD leader lashed out at the government for the law and order situation and urged everyone to take a cue from the incident and refrain from indulging in such hooliganism by being humble while visiting the Gurdwaras responsibly.
