Patiala DPRO’s father passes away

Jalandhar: Former DPRO of Jalandhar and now posted in Patiala, Hakam Thapar suffered a huge shock when his father, Shri Sarwan, passed away on Tuesday evening.

Upon receiving the news, a large number of administrative officials, social, and political personalities reached the bereaved family to express their condolences.

The last rites of Shri Sarwan will be performed at his native village Umarwal Billa near Nakodar at 1 pm on Wednesday.
