Punjab E News: Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has called an emergency meeting of his cabinet here. While it sealed the appointment of Gurminder Singh as the new Advocate General of the state, the SYL canal issue was also discussed.
The cabinet said Punjab would not give a single drop of surplus water to any other state at any cost. The meeting discussed convening the monsoon session of the assembly and several other matters.
