Punjab CM Mann to visit Sangrur today, to meet martyr soldiers’ kin

Chandigarh: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will visit Sangrur today. He will visit areas near Ghaggar. He will also meet the families of three jawans who were martyred recently. He will also hand over cheques of Rs 1 crore. The CM will leave for Sangrur in the afternoon.

CM will visit the area on the banks of river Ghaggar in Sangrur today. He will take stock of the arrangements to deal with rain here. Last year, Patiala and Sangrur districts suffered extensive damage due to Ghaggar. In such a situation, preparations are being made to complete all the arrangements in time.
