Punjab CM sings ‘Challa’ at Raj Bhavan, Governor Purohit hugs Mann
Chandigarh: Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, at the Republic Day program held at Raj Bhavan, broke the ice by singing the Punjabi folk song “Challa.” Upon hearing the soulful rendition, Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit hugged him and offered his blessings, symbolizing a thaw in their relationship.
The event, which took place on the evening of Republic Day, featured a special gathering at Punjab Raj Bhawan, attended by the cabinet and various senior leaders.
CM Bhagwant Mann’s performance was part of a cultural event, witnessed by dignitaries including Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit, Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, and MP Kirron Kher.
