Punjab CM to hold meeting with police officers in Ludhiana ahead of Lok Sabha elections
Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is going to hold a meeting with SSPs and Police Commissioners of all districts today, just before the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections is imposed.
The meeting will be held in Ludhiana. All IG and DG rank officers will be present in the meeting. This meeting is going to be held regarding the law and order of the state. The meeting will be held at 11 a.m.
All senior officials have started arriving in Ludhiana to attend the meeting. However, this meeting is also considered important because in the budget session this time, the issue of ransom calls coming to Congress from gangsters and people was seriously raised.
