Punjab Congress appoints Harish Chaudhary as special supervisor for Lok Sabha polls
Chandigarh: The Congress high command has appointed Harish Chaudhary as a special supervisor for the Lok Sabha elections in Punjab. All India Congress Committee General Secretary KC Venugopal has given this information in a letter issued on Monday.
In this letter, he has written that Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s proposal to appoint Harish Chaudhary as a special observer in Punjab has been accepted.
Harish Chaudhary is an MLA from Baidu seat in Barmer district of Rajasthan and has also been the finance minister in the cabinet.
