New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab Raghav Chadha today said the Punjab Governor and the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi need to study the Supreme Court’s orders on governors. The Supreme Court has said that the Governor cannot stop the bills indefinitely without taking action.
