Punjab Vidhan Sabha budget session to begin on March 21

Chandigarh: The budget session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha is set to begin on March 21, with Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema scheduled to present the state budget for the financial year 2025-26 on March 26.

The Punjab Cabinet finalized the session dates in a meeting held today. The session will continue until March 28.

Cheema said that the proceedings would commence with an address by the Punjab Governor, followed by a debate on the budget.
