Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal arrives in Abohar, faces strong protest from farmers

New Delhi: Even before Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal arrived in Bahavwala to campaign for Ferozepur candidate Gurmeet Singh Rana Sodhi in Abohar, hundreds of farmers had gathered in response to the call of the Samyukta Kisan Morcha.

The leaders of the farmer unions strongly opposed Pradhan. A heavy police force was deployed during this period, making it seem as if the whole village had been transformed into a camp.

As CM Bhajan Lal approached Bahavwala, the leaders of the farmer unions waved black flags and raised slogans against the BJP.
