Rajiv Gandhi’s killers can be released, why not Sikh Prisoners: Giani Harpreet Singh

Amritsar: Giani Harpreet Singh, acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, while addressing the Sikh community, has said that hatred against Sikhs is being spread on social media for a long time.

He said that the Punjab government is watching as a mute spectator.
Giani Harpreet Singh asked the Punjab government that the persons who threatened to blow up Sri Harmandir Sahib but why no action has been taken so far.
He says that it is not wrong to claim a Hindu Rashtra, then why it is illegal to dicuss about a Sikh nation. He said that anti-Sikh people are roaming around with government security.
“We appeal to the Government of India that the issue of the Sikhs will be resolved at the earliest.
“Rajiv Gandhi’s killers are released, but why can’t the Sikh prisoners be released? There should be a law in a country,” he said.
