Returning from marriage function, 3-month-old child, wife among three killed in car accident in Fazilka

Fazilka News: Three members of a family were killed and two seriously injured in an accident near a dhaba on the outskirts of the city on Fazilka-Ferozepur road. It is being told that the family had come from Paliwala village of Jalalabad to attend the wedding of their relatives in Fazilka.

Meanwhile, when the family was on their way back to their village at 2 am, their car coming out of Fazilka collided with a parked trolley. The car was being driven by soldier Surinder Singh.

Surinder Singh and his father Mukhtiar Singh were seriously injured in the accident. After the collision, the injured were rushed to civil hospital Fazilka for treatment from where doctors declared two women and the child dead. The injured soldier and his father were taken to Sriganganagar for further treatment.
