Sandeep Thapar should have thought before celebrating Blue star anniversary and distributing laddoos: AAP MP Sahni

Chandigarh: AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Vikramjit Singh Sahni condemned the attack on Sandeep Thapar and said the Shiv Sena leader should have exercised restraint while celebrating Blue star anniversary.

“We strongly condemn violence against any individual but Sandeep Thapar should not have hurt the sentiments of Sikhs and exercised restraint,” he said.

On June 6, celebrating Bluestar and distributing laddoos is playing with Sikh sentiments. He had mocked the devastation caused by Punjab last year when the entire state was reeling under floods. By doing so, strict action should be taken against those who spread hatred as communal harmony should be maintained at all costs.
