Sarpanch shot dead at barber’s shop in Tarn Taran

Chandigarh: Aman Kumar, the incumbent sarpanch of Adda Jhabal in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district, was shot dead. Two unidentified bikers shot at Adda Jhabal on Sunday morning.

The injured sarpanch Aman Kumar was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Amritsar, where he died during treatment.

In this regard, DSP Tarsem Masih said that Aman Kumar has died during treatment. A search has been launched to nab the accused by capturing CCTV camera footage. The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera.
