SC reserves order on plea of Balwant Singh Rajoana seeking commutation of the death sentence

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has reserved its verdict on a plea filed by Balwant Singh Rajoana, convicted in former Punjab chief minister Beant Singh, seeking commutation of the death sentence for delay in consideration of his mercy petition. Rajoana was convicted in the assassination of Chief Minister Beant Singh.
