SC to hear plea of AAP MLA Gajjan Majra in money laundering case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear today a plea challenging the ED’s case against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Amargarh, Jaswant Singh Gajjan Majra.

In his plea, he has challenged the arrest and remand made by the ED.

He is accused of defrauding people of crores. Earlier, he had filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. In this, he sought permission to campaign. But the court rejected it.
