During the gurmat ceremonies held at Gurdwara Sri Manji Sahib Diwan Hall on the occasion of Bandi Chhor Diwas, the famous ragi, dhadi, kavishar jathas, preachers and poets of the Panth shared with the sangat through Gurbani Kirtan and history.
On this occasion, Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh, while giving a message to the Sikh Panth from the Darshani Diori of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib, said that the central government should withdraw the notification to cancel the death sentence of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana, who has been in the jail for the last 17 years, and not to release the prisoners who have completed their sentences.
