Sikhs should unite, to work against government propaganda: Akal Takht Jathedar
Amritsar: Today, on the occasion of the 39th death anniversary of Blue Star anniversary at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, the Akhand Path is being observed.
Tight security arrangements have been made around Sri Harmandir Sahib for the last two days. The gathering of the sangat has also started from this morning. Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh is giving a message to the nation.
Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh said that all Sikhs need to gather under Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
“If we come together, we can bring the government here and coerce them to bow down before Sikh Sangat. The tragedy of 1984 makes us stronger. The more we are reminded of 1984, the stronger we will become,” he said.
