Tajinder Pal Singh Bittu appointed as Observer for upcoming elections

Chandigarh: Congress high command had given a big responsibility to Tajinder Pal Singh Bittu, Secretary AICC. He has been appointed as observer for the forthcoming elections to Municipal Corporation in Shimla.
