Two inmates commit suicide in Hoshiarpur jail
Two inmates committed suicide in Hoshiarpur Central Jail in Punjab. Both the detainees hanged themselves in the bathroom at 3 am. On the information of this, the police reached the spot and started investigating.
The deceased have been identified as Titu resident of Badaun (UP) Hal Bassi Pind Mana and Onkar Chand alias Kala resident of ward number 16 (Hoshiarpur).
Both accused closed in these cases
According to the information, a case of rape was registered against Titu in Sadar police station. He was arrested in this case and sent to the central jail. At the same time, Omkar was booked under the NDP Act in police station Metyana.
