Viral call recording reveals alleged conversation between gangster Goldy Brar and DSP Bikramjit Singh Brar

Chandigarh: A telephonic conversation purportedly between gangster Goldy Brar and DSP Bikramjit Singh Brar, linked to the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala, has surfaced on social media.

The recording, believed to be old, captures a heated exchange where Goldy Brar accuses slain gangster Ajay Rana of being a police informer and vows similar actions against others. Ajay Rana, a member of the Bhupi Rana gang, was reportedly killed in Russia in April this year.

In the 10-minute audio clip, Goldy Brar claims responsibility for Ajay Rana’s murder, asserting it was due to his alleged betrayal. The DSP, in response, is heard warning about the Punjab Police’s continued crackdown on lawbreakers, emphasizing the force’s capacity to handle gangsters without reliance on informers.

While the voice of DSP Brar has been verified, the exact date of the call and the source of its circulation remain unclear. The release of the recording has raised questions about the timing and motives behind its dissemination, adding another layer to the ongoing investigations into gang-related activities in Punjab.
