Woman seriously injured in swing accident at Malout fair

Chandigarh: A woman sustained severe injuries at the Malout fair after her hair got entangled in a swing. The accident occurred while she was swinging, leading to a traumatic separation of her hair from her head.

The injured woman was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors provided first aid before referring her to another facility for advanced treatment.

According to medical reports, 50 percent of the flesh on her face has been saved.

The incident has raised concerns over safety measures at fairs, with calls for stricter oversight to prevent such accidents in the future. The woman remains under medical supervision as she recovers from the injuries.
