IAS officers in Punjab on mass leave over vigilance actions, to meet CM today!

Punjab E News: Expressing solidarity with IAS officer Neelima, who was recently nominated by the Vigilance Bureau, the IAS officers have gone on mass leave against the action of the bureau.

A delegation of officials met Chief Secretary V K Janjua and Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister A Venuprasad to express their displeasure today.
Officials said proper procedure was not followed while registering a case against Neelima. Irked by the overall development, the IAS officers have gone on mass leave against the vigilance bureau’s action, sources said.
They will also hold a meeting with chief minister Bhagwant Mann today.
