Former Punjab finance minister Manpreet Singh Badal resigns from Congress

Punjabenews: Congress leader and former Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal has resigned from the Congress. According to sources, he is joining the BJP in Delhi today. It is learnt that Badal does not have good relations with state Congress president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring.
