Chairman Suresh Goyal presented a cheque of 14 lakhs to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund

Ludhiana: Due to the heavy rains of the previous day, the farmers of Punjab have been affected by the flood-like situation in many districts of Punjab and person who have been affected were helped by respected CM in all possible ways. It is also our duty to walk on the path of our Guru and take out some part of our good earnings to help the needy. Today, in the same vein, Punjab State Cooperative Agriculture Development Bank Chairman Suresh Goyal presented a cheque of 14 lakhs to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. On this occasion, Punjab Education Minister Harjot Bains and Minister Aman Arora and party volunteer Naveen Gogna and MDGS Aulakh and other officers of the department were also present with him. Chairman Suresh Goyal CA said that Punjabis are always known for their help in difficult times across the country, and now this has come to our own Punjabis, to which we have come under the brunt of nature.

All the affected people should be supported. Goyal said that he prepared a draft of one month’s stipend and one day’s stipend for the officers and staff of the rest of the department, which amounted to 14 lakh 32 thousand 5 rupees, and presented it to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann at his residence in Chandigarh for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

The Ministers including the Chief Minister praised for the good work- Agriculture Bank Chairman Suresh Goil and his department for the initiative to help the flood affected people where Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann praised, Punjab Cabinet Ministers Harjot Bains and Aman Arora present on the occasion also patted the Chairman Suresh Goil on the back and said that he is a good politician ” ਚੰਗਾ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਓਹੀ ਹੂੰਦਾ ਜੌ ਔਖੀ ਘੜੀ ਸਮੇ ਲੌਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੌ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਖੂਦ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਵੇ” , which Suresh Goyal clearly showed.He said that even though Suresh Goyal is the chairman of the Punjab government, he is an example for his Punjabi people as a common person who is active in helping the needy. Chief Minister’s OSD Rajveer Singh was also present on this occasion.
