Money laundering case: Kejriwal challenges HC order in Supreme Court
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday moved the Supreme Court against the High Court order dismissing his plea challenging his arrest in a money laundering case related to an alleged excise policy scam.
Kejriwal’s lawyer Vivek Jain said he has filed a petition in the apex court challenging the high court’s order. His plea is likely to be listed urgently before a bench headed by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud today.
