Navjot Sidhu likely to campaign for party candidates in Punjab
Chandigarh: Punjab’s 13 Lok Sabha seats will go to polls on June 1. The contest in Punjab is between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Congress, BJP and Akali Dal.
Amid this, the campaign committee formed by the Congress high command for the Lok Sabha elections in Punjab has become active. A meeting of the committee was held in Chandigarh on Thursday.
After this, the committee chairman, Rana KP, briefed the media. When queried about Navjot Singh Sidhu’s absence from Punjab during the Lok Sabha elections, he stated, “I do not speak long. The battle has just begun. It will involve everyone.”
Rana KP emphasized that those who stand before us, he wants to convey a message: like the Kauravas and Pandavas, where one side numbered 100 and the other 5, when they engaged in battle, their total numbered 105. He asserted that the entire Congress is unified, emphasizing his belief in its unity.
