New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic accident in Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda district, on Friday morning. Extending his sympathies to the families of the deceased and injured, he announced financial assistance to support them during this difficult time.

The Prime Minister’s Office shared a statement on X, where PM Modi conveyed his grief and prayed for the swift recovery of those injured. He announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
