Illegally built commercial complex demolished in Jalandhar

Jalandhar: A municipal team in Jalandhar demolished an illegally constructed commercial complex near Tilak Nagar on Friday morning.

The building, which had no official approval, was razed with a bulldozer in an early morning operation.

The action was carried out under the direction of Municipal Commissioner Gautam Jain, with ATP Sukhdev Sharma leading the team.

A notice had been issued earlier, asking the owner to take legal action, but no valid records were provided to the municipal corporation.
