Cabinet Minister Anmol Gagan Mann heard the grievances of the villagers of Kharar constituency
S.A.S. Nagar: Punjab Grievances Redressal Minister Anmol Gagan Mann visited different villages of Kharar Assembly Constituency to listen the problems of the people and she assured the people to solve the problems. On this occasion, she also issued necessary guidelines to the officials of various departments. She ensured that there would not be any shortage of funds required for the development of villages.
Addressing the public facilitation camps held at village Machhalikalan and Niholka as the chief guest, Minister said that the Punjab government is committed to solve the problems of the people and would leave no stone unturned in this regard. She also appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the facilities/ schemes being provided by the Punjab government.
The cabinet minister assured the people of the village of Machhalikalan to solve the problems related with the pond of the village. She told that bus routes will be provided as per requirement of the people. She said that any kind of negligence would not be tolerated while implementing welfare schemes of the government.
The cabinet minister made people aware about the facilities related to labour card. She explained that with the help of labour cards, people get financial help for treatment, shagun scheme facilities and students are provided with many other facilities apart from scholarship. She also appealed to the people to make job cards so that they could avail benefits from the schemes related to MGNREGA.
Addressing the gatherings, the cabinet minister said that the guarantees given by the government are being continuously fulfilled. She added that more work will be done than the guarantees given. She appealed that every responsible person should contribute for the progress of the state.
During these camps, free medical facilities, registration facilities for employment, job card and Aadhaar card were provided. On this occasion SDM Kharar Ravinder Singh, officials of different departments and villagers were present.
