Uttar Pradesh: Mother, 5 children killed in house fire
New Delhi: Six members of the family were killed in a fire that broke out at their house in Urdha village under Ramkola police station in the district.
The deceased included the woman and her five children. Sangeeta and her five children were asleep when their house caught fire on Wednesday night.
All the bodies have been sent for postmortem and an inquiry has been ordered into the matter. The woman and her children had gone to sleep after having dinner, while the woman’s husband Navami was sleeping outside the house due to extreme heat. The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
