Special assembly session: Punjab Governor seeks details of agenda

Chandigarh: The controversy between the government and the Raj Bhavan has deepened once again over the two-day special session of the Punjab Assembly called on June 19 and 20.
Governor Banwarilal Purohit has raised questions about the session. He has written a letter to Punjab Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan asking what is the need to call this session.
At the same time, the agenda being brought during the session should be explained in detail.
During this time, correspondence took place three times in Raj Bhavan and Assembly. In such a situation, once again the suspense arose in the session whether it will be possible or not or the government will have to struggle about it.
On Wednesday, the Secretary of the Assembly wrote a letter to the Raj Bhavan informing about the call on June 19 and 20. After this, a letter has been sent to the Assembly Speaker on behalf of the Governor, in which he asked why there is a need to call a session now. Because the budget session has already been passed. In such a situation, what is the need for such a session now?
