Philadelphia (USA): Four people were killed and two others injured when a gunman wearing a bullet-proof jacket opened indiscriminate fire in the US city of Philadelphia on Monday night, police said. Police said all those who died were men.
The suspect has been arrested. He had several magazines, an ‘AR-type rifle’, a handgun and a police scanner.
