After brief encounter, Police arrest men accused of chopping youth’s fingers

Chandigarh: An encounter broke out between miscreants and police at Shambhu border between Rajpura and Ambala.

In this encounter, it is being said that two miscreants belonging to the Bhupi gang have been arrested.
Both of them are said to be the same accused who had chopped off the fingers of a man in Mohali yesterday. The operation was carried out under the leadership of DSP Gursher Singh, police said.
