Body stuffed in suitcase found at Ludhiana railway station

Chandigarh: In Ludhiana, Punjab, the body of a man was discovered chopped into pieces inside a suitcase. A railway employee reported the gruesome finding to the Railway Protection Force (RPF). While patrolling, the employee stumbled upon the man’s severed legs enclosed in a plastic envelope, causing him to panic and alert the RPF.

Upon receiving the report, police officers from both the RPF and Government Railway Police (GRP) swiftly responded to the scene. The railway police also notified the district police about the incident.

Upon arrival, the police commenced their investigation. During the inquiry, authorities also located a suitcase atop the bridge, adjacent to where the severed legs were found.
