Fazilka police arrested three with 128 cartons of beer and six cartons of English liquor

Chandigarh: The police of Fazilka police station have arrested three accused with a huge consignment of liquor.

Investigation officer Mohinder Singh said that on getting concrete information, the police of Ferozepur road village Sher Muhammad stopped the Verna car and Tata pickup coming from Ferozepur and searched it, four cartons of English liquor were recovered from the car and 128 cartons of beer and 2 cartons of English liquor from the Tata pickup.

Mohinder Singh said that on the basis of interrogation of the arrested three accused Raghuvir Singh resident Makhu, Sunil Kumar resident Ferozepur and Sameer Chauhan resident Kathmandu Nepal, 54 cartons of beer and 6 cartons of English liquor have been recovered from the liquor warehouse of Jalandhar.
