FIR lodged against another former Congress MLA in Punjab for trespassing into BDPO office, misbehaving with staff

Ludhiana News: An FIR has been lodged against another former Congress MLA in Punjab. The case has been registered against Kulbir Singh Zira, the president of Ferozepur district Congress and former MLA of Zira assembly seat. 
       The case was registered on the complaint of the Block Development and Panchayat Officer (BDPO) of the Punjab government.
       Apart from Zira, 70 to 80 unidentified people present with him have also been named in this FIR. As soon as the case came to light, Kulbir Zira posted on social media claiming that he would surrender to arrest him on October 17 at 12 noon.
       The BDPO of Zira area told the police that from October 11 to 12, Kulbir Singh staged a sit-in in front of his office. During this, he forcibly entered his room in the office with his colleagues. 
       Apart from interfering in government work, the Congress leader also misbehaved with government employees.
ASI Satwant Singh of Zira City police station said that after receiving the complaint, a case has been registered under various sections of the IPC.
