Police action after firing on chemists in Mansa, 4 gangsters arrested after encounter

Chandigarh: During the late-night encounter in Mansa, the Punjab Police team succeeded in arresting four gangsters. This action was taken by the Mansa Police based on intelligence input following attacks on two medical stores.

Two gangsters were seriously injured in the incident, while their two accomplices managed to evade capture. It is estimated that these accused individuals had fired at chemist stores in Mansa.

Sharing the information, Mansa SSP Dr. Nanak Singh said that the operation was conducted after a late-night intelligence input.

The operation was led by the DSP Subdivision and DSP Detective. After confirming the information received on both inputs and technical grounds, teams of Mansa CIA staff surrounded the four accused in the village of Khayal.
