Chandigarh: The Punjab Police had alerted the Rajasthan Police about the threat to the life of Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Gugamari from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Sukhdev was murdered in Jaipur on Tuesday. Rohit Godara of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the murder. The murder was also captured on CCTV. The Punjab DGP’s office had written to the Rajasthan Police in February about a plot to kill the Karni Sena leader.
