Tunisha Sharma suicide case: Actor Sheezaan Khan gets bail

Mumbai: A #vasaicourt in Maharashtra’s Palghar district today #grantedbail to #televisionactor #SheezanKhan, arrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of #actress #TunishaSharma last year. On December 24, 2022, Tunisha Sharma allegedly committed #suicide by hanging herself on the sets of a television serial near Waliv in the district.

Khan, 28, was arrested the next day on a complaint by the actress’ mother. Khan is still in jail. Additional #SessionsCourt Judge R D Deshpande ordered Khan’s release on a #bail bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court has also asked the actor to surrender his passport and not leave the country without the court’s permission.
