G20 Summit: Stranded Canadian PM Trudeau to leave India after plane snag fixed

Delhi News: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s plane has finally been repaired and approved to fly. PM Trudeau and his accompanying team are going to leave Delhi this afternoon.
According to a media report, the Canadian PMO said that the technical problem of the aircraft has been fixed.
The aircraft has been approved to fly. The Canadian delegation is expected to leave this afternoon. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was stuck in India for about two days even after the end of the G-20 Summit due to a plane glitch.
The 36-year-old Airbus A310 malfunctioned at the Delhi airport, an alternative aircraft from Canada was diverted to London. Until yesterday, Canada had described the Prime Minister’s return plan as “unsustainable”. Canada has a VVIP fleet of ageing aircraft, which has been known to have problems in the past.
