Istanbul attack kills 6, ‘terror plot possible behind blast’, Turkish authorities

New Delhi: At least six people have been killed in a blast on a busy street in Istanbul, Turkey. While more than 30 people are said to be seriously injured in this blast. Since the incident, the local police have started investigating the whole matter.

Amidst all this, a video related to this blast is also going viral on Twitter. In this video, flames are seen rising with the loud sound of the explosion. After this blast, the people present there are seen running away.
The area where the blast took place is surrounded by avenues, shops and restaurants. It is usually crowded as it is very popular among tourists and locals. 
Kasimpasa police station officials said the incident was being investigated. So far, all aspects are being investigated. Footage from local media also showed ambulances and fire engines at the scene.
