Joginder Bassi’s house in Canada attacked, know details

Vancouver: The house of Joginder Bassi, a journalist who operates a popular Punjabi radio station in Canada, was attacked by pro-Khalistan supporters on Monday. The attackers vandalized his garage, but no injuries were reported.

Bassi confirmed the incident, stating, “My house was attacked on Monday, January 20, according to Indian time. Thankfully, my family and I are safe. This attack was carried out by Khalistani miscreants. I have filed a written complaint with the Toronto police.” He also revealed his decision to return to India following the attack.

Bassi has previously received death threats from Khalistan supporters. Whenever he visits Punjab, the Punjab Police provides him with security, ensuring his safety during his stay.

Joginder Bassi’s radio station enjoys significant popularity among the Punjabi community in Canada.
