Mansa: A team of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is probing the murder of anti-drug activist Parvinder Singh Jhotta, visited the house of Vipin Kumar on Thursday as part of its investigation.
According to reports, Vipin is the person who allegedly took chemist Ashwani Kumar along with him. He is also accused of providing shelter to Ashwani. Police had registered a case against Vipin and arrested him earlier.
Police investigations had previously indicated that Ashwani had allegedly been planning to kill Jhotta for around two years and routinely carried a weapon, according to reports. Ashwani has also been arrested.
