New Delhi: A Rouse Avenue court has granted bail to former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain in the alleged Delhi Jal Board (DJB) sewage treatment plant (STP) tender scam case.
Jain was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) in connection with the case, which relates to alleged irregularities in the tendering process for STP projects under the DJB.
The case concerns allegations of corruption and manipulation in the awarding of tenders. The court’s detailed order on the bail decision is awaited.
