Amritsar: Social media influencer Mad Sandhu, also known as Madhusudan, was shot at by unidentified assailants in Amritsar and later died while undergoing treatment at a hospital.
ADCP City-2 Srivennela said the incident took place in the Loharka Road area, where two motorcycle-borne assailants allegedly opened fire on Sandhu. He sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where he later succumbed.
The police officer said investigators had gathered some leads in the case and launched an active operation to identify and apprehend the unidentified attackers.
