Mumbai: The alleged shooters involved in the October 18 firing incident targeting Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff had initially been instructed to target actor Aamir Khan, according to media reports. However, they allegedly changed their target after finding it difficult to reach him.
The reports said the suspected shooters stayed in Mumbai for around a month and conducted reconnaissance near Aamir Khan’s residence at least three times. They allegedly found that the actor was often away for film shoots or remained inside his home for several days, making it difficult to carry out the plan.
The suspects then reportedly shifted their focus to Tiger Shroff, whom they considered easier to target because he frequently visited a park in Mumbai’s Juhu area to play football on Sundays.
The firing took place at the same location on October 18. The reported details about the alleged target change and reconnaissance have not been independently verified.
