Air India Express sacks 25 cabin crew members for mass sick leave

New Delhi: Air India Express has sacked 25 cabin crew members amid a revolt by employees. Air India has taken this action citing rules. The employees who have been fired by the company include employees on sick leave.

On Thursday, more than 70 flights of Air India Express were either canceled or delayed. Due to this, passengers are facing a lot of problems. According to the information so far, the flights which have been canceled on Thursday include flights from Chennai to Kolkata, Chennai to Singapore and Triche to Singapore. The flight from Lucknow to Bengaluru is delayed.
