Arvind Kejriwal approaches Delhi High Court again in liquor policy case

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has again approached the Delhi High Court in the liquor policy case. Kejriwal has sought interim relief from the Delhi High Court.

In the petition filed in the High Court, Arvind Kejriwal has said that he is there to cooperate in the investigation of the case, but the Enforcement Directorate should be stopped from arresting him.

The ED has asked Arvind Kejriwal to appear for the 9th time today in the Delhi liquor policy case. Arvind Kejriwal has challenged the constitutional validity of all ED summons in the Delhi High Court.

In the hearing held on Wednesday, the Delhi High Court has fixed April 22.
