BJP likely to face defeat at Faizabad where Ram Mandir is located

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party is trailing in Faizabad Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh. BJP has made Lallu Singh a candidate for this seat. Lallu Singh is trailing behind SP’s Awadhesh Prasad by a margin of over 4700 votes.

The BJP has been winning the Faizabad seat since 2014. Even after the consecration of the Ram temple here and even after the mention of Ram temple in the election campaign by BJP leaders, the BJP seems to be getting a setback in the trends on this seat, which is a big embarrassment for the saffron party.
